Salvatore joined ALA in 2016. In September 2020 within the Quality Function, and today he is Chief Quality Officer 

He held several positions within the Quality & Compliance department at ALA, starting as Quality Assurance representative up to the role of Quality Manager for the Italian business.
In November 2019, Salvatore joined a temporary position as Deputy General Manager for ALA France, with the goal of harmonizing the company processes and optimizing their efficiency.  

Salvatore holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at “University of Naples Federico II” in Italy. 

After his degree, Salvatore started acquiring the main competences of Quality Management by working in the biomedical business. Further on, he started to specialize in the aerospace market, working in a build-to-print components manufacturer company.
